Shatin District (STDIST) held its Family Fun Day 2023 on February 28 to dovetail with the Regional Integrity Management Project of New Territories South themed “Family First”, which reminds colleagues to maintain integrity at all times and allow their family members to learn about police work.

The Fun Day attracted 350 officers and their families. Various handicraft classes and booth games were held on the day. The Airport Security Unit, Counter Terrorism Response Unit and National Security Department set up booths to promote anti-terrorism and national security information. Members of Project SLASH, a youth engagement project initiated by Shatin District, also had a booth for recruiting regular and auxiliary officers. Performances of the Police Band, Police Dog Unit and a magician were arranged to give much fun and joy to the event.
