On February 6, Marine Region (MAR) and Hong Kong Sea School (HKSS) signed a Memorandum of Bonding on arranging student of HKSS to join Project 3A, with a view to nurturing them into members of the next generation that embrace “A”cceptance of responsibility, promote law “A”bidingness and build career “A”spirations. With the efforts of MAR and staff of HKSS, students can experience working at sea and understand the importance of crime prevention.

HKSS was established in the 1950s and trained many talented mariners between the 1960s and 1990s. It has become a mainstream secondary school since 2001 to proactively equip the younger generation with the attitude of perseverance and personal resilience for them to face various challenges in life.
