As many citizens would visit Lan Kwai Fong to celebrate Halloween, Central District implemented crowd management measures and special traffic arrangements around Lan Kwai Fong between October 28 and 31. The Force joined hands with the Junior Police Call and the Senior Police Call, Central and Western District Fight Crime Committee, Anti-drug Volunteer Group, Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol (Hong Kong and Island Region), Central and Western District Road Safety Campaign Committee, and Federation of Parent Teachers Association Hong Kong Island to distribute candies and promotional leaflets at Lan Kwai Fong to remind members of the public that they should take care of their belongings, stay away from drugs and not to drive after drinking.
