The Hong Kong Award for Young People (HKAYP) 100th Silver Award Presentation Ceremony was held successfully at the Cotton Spinners Association Secondary School on September 19. The Chief Secretary for Administration Mr Chan Kwok-ki, guest of honour of the day, attended the ceremony to commend the awardees. Chairman of HKAYP Award Council Mr Kwok Wing-leung, Vice-Chairman Mr Pang Wing-seng and Chief Superintendent of Public Relations Wing Tsang Shuk-yin witnessed this precious awarding moment together.

39 JPC members of the Hong Kong Police Operating Authority are granted Silver Award this year, which is an encouraging achievement. It is hoped that the Silver Awardees will continue making efforts in the future and set off towards the Gold Award.
