On August 3, officers from Mong Kok District (MKDIST) and Regional Crime Prevention Office of Kowloon West, together with members of MKDIST Senior Police Call and the mentees of the Police Mentorship Programme, joined hands with Legislative Council member Mr Leung Man-kwong and member of Yau Tsim Mong District Council Mr Chung Chak-fai, to launch an anti-burglary publicity event at Tai Kok Tsui. They displayed anti-burglary posters in the buildings and distributed leaflets to the residents. The campaign focused particularly on the problem with law and order in the “three-nil” buildings (i.e. those without owners’ corporation, residents’ organisation or property management agency).
