Recruitment Division (RECDIV) organised “Recruitment Express” at the Police College on June 1, 6 and 8, 2022 for Project ACHIEVE members, who might go through the selection process, including group interview and physical fitness test, on the same day. 242 applicants attended the event, with 212 of them getting through the group interview successfully.
RECDIV has launched the Project in collaboration with local tertiary institutions since 2018. Final-year students are invited to join the one-year project, the contents of which include visits to various formations of the Force and workshops on physical fitness and interview skills for students to gain a better understanding of the Force’s recruitment procedure. Under the Project, ex-members and incumbent officers of the Force may be invited to act as ambassadors to share their work experience with Project members for the latter to understand the selection and training of the Force.
