Chief Superintendent of Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) Wong Chi-kwong, Chief Superintendent of Crime Wing Headquarters Tsui Sheung-yee and the management of CCB met with the delegation of China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited, which was visiting the Bureau. They talked about the current trend of telephone deception and deliberated on the means to raise the protective consciousness against tele-scams among the public and students from the Mainland. The delegation also visited the Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (ADCC) to observe its operation and the anti-deception publicity strategies of the Force.

ADCC distributed to the delegation some publicity items about telephone deception and the “Anti-Scam Helpline 18222” for the telecommunication operator to help pass the items to university students from the Mainland to boost their caution against anti-deception.
