Global and local terrorism situation have remained complex and ever-changing in recent years. Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit (ICTU) published the Safe Community Newsletter in the first quarter of 2022 to raise the public’s awareness of counter-terrorism and encourage the public to cooperate with the government in counter-terrorism. ICTU’s member departments are committed to combating terrorism and protecting the safety of citizens as well as maintaining the stability and prosperity of Hong Kong.
