The Junior Police Call Annual General Meeting (JPC AGM) 2020 was held at the Police Headquarters on November 13 and over 200 guests and JPC members attended the event. In his opening speech, Secretary for Security cum JPC Honorary Chief President Mr Tang Ping-keung expressed gratitude to members of the JPC Central Advisory Board, JPC Honorary Presidents from different police districts, JPC School Clubs and JPC members for their continuous support.


During the meeting, Chief Superintendent of the Police Public Relations Branch cum Chairman of the JPC Scheme Kwok Ka-chuen reviewed the JPC’s activities in 2019 and 2020 and introduced the new strategy “IDEAS@JPC” as well as the way forward. The officiating guests also presented certificates of appreciation to 19 JPC Honorary Presidents who have been serving JPC for 25 or 20 years, five JPC Advanced Leaders who have received Outstanding Award and 45 JPC School Clubs for their long-term support to JPC.


Since its establishment in 1974, JPC is committed to nurturing crime-fighting partners and future leaders through diversified activities. It instils positive values in young people and cultivates their leadership skills so that they can develop their unique strengths and inject new impetus into society.
