After being awarded vocational accreditation in 2019, the “Certificate for Commercial Crime Investigation Course for Investigators” and the “Professional Certificate for Commercial Crime Investigation Course for Supervisors” operated by the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) underwent the Internal Learning Programme Re-accreditation and were successfully accredited by the Hong Kong Police College (HKPC) at Qualifications Framework Level 3 and Level 4 respectively in August 2021. The validity period of the two courses was extended until 2025.

The independent accreditation panel comprising experts conducted stringent evaluation on the quality of the courses by reviewing the objectives, intended learning outcomes, programme design and structure of the courses, training and development of teaching staff, assessment standards and monitoring mechanism, etc. CCB will ensure that the courses continue to meet the Force’s operational needs to cope with the ever-changing commercial frauds and enhance the professional capabilities of officers.

Commercial Crime Bureau’s certificate courses were successfully accredited by the Hong Kong Police College after undergoing the Internal Learning Programme Re-accreditation.
