On May 20 and 25, Deputy Regional Commander of Kowloon West (DRC KW) Ho Yun-sing hosted two integrity management workshops for Superintendents and Chief Inspectors of the Region at KW Regional Headquarters, with the aim of enhancing their integrity management awareness.

In his opening speech, DRC KW reiterated the importance of “Education and Culture Building” and encouraged officers to adopt the approach of “Remind, Engage, and Advise to Desist” to promote integrity management. He stressed that supervisory officers should monitor the integrity of their staff to detect integrity issues early. Through group discussions, participants shared their experiences in implementing integrity management and recommended preventive measures regarding integrity issues.

About 60 workshops will be held in KW Region to enhance integrity management of officers.
