On May 25, Commissioner Tang Ping-keung presented CP’s Commendations to Commandant of the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force Yang Joe-tsi and eight officers in recognition of their outstanding contributions to Operation TIDERIDER.
On the same day, the Commissioner presented promotion letters to 39 officers. Mr Cao Wai-ki, Mr Chan Choi-hing, Mr Chan Hei-chi, Mr Chan Kai-chak, Mr Chan Yiu-chung, Mr Chow Hok-yin, Mr Fan Chun-yip, Mr Gar Kam-lam, Mr Ho Chi-chung, Mr Ko Tik, Mr Lam Chi-hang, Mr Lau Kai-pang, Mr Lau Ko-chun, Mr Leung Chi-hang, Mr Leung Ho-ming, Mr Leung Lap, Mr Li Hon-man, Mr Mark Lister, Mr Ng Chung-wai, Mr Ng Tak-nam, Mr Ng Tsz-fai, Mr Tse Tan-sang, Mr Wong Yi-wai, Mr Yu Kong, Ms Cheung Pui-kay, Ms Choi Nga-wing, Ms Hui Wai, Ms Ko Mei-yee, Ms Lee Mo-yin, Ms Lee Wai-see, Ms Leung So-sum, Ms Ng Ching-no, Ms Dorothy Nieh, Ms Siu Wan-yin, Ms Tai Yan and Ms Wong Ping-yi have been promoted to Superintendent.
