Chief Executive (CE) Mrs Carrie Lam presented the CE’s Commendation for Government/Public Service to seven serving and retired senior police officers at the presentation ceremony at the Government House on February 10.

Former Commissioner Lo Wai-chung, Commissioner Tang Ping-keung and members of the National Security Department, including Deputy Commissioner Lau Chi-wai, Senior Assistant Commissioner Choi Chin-pang, Assistant Commissioners Kan Kai-yan and Kong Hok-lai and Senior Superintendent Li Kwai-wah were presented with the CE’s Commendation for Government/Public Service in recognition of their significant contributions to safeguarding national security, ensuring the full implementation of the “one country, two systems” policy and the Hong Kong National Security Law, whereby steadfastness and fearlessness were well demonstrated.
