New Territories South (NTS) Region held a workshop on supervisory accountability for frontline supervisors on November 10. Over 40 officers, from the rank of Sergeant to Inspector, attended the face-to-face session at NTS Regional Headquarters or participated in the online sessions in their respective district.

The workshop was facilitated by Superintendent (Administration and Support) of Crime NTS Iu Wing-kan. Throughout the workshop, the importance of supervisory accountability was reiterated, with vivid examples illustrated and discussed. The participants shared actively their experience on the benefits of carrying out supervisory accountability, which could build a strong foundation and reputation on integrity and professionalism for the Force.
