On September 7, the recently retired Chief Superintendent of the Traffic Branch Headquarters (TBHQ) Martin Cadman was invited to attend a Traffic Knowledge Sharing Session co-organised by Knowledge Management Champion in Traffic Policing, Senior Superintendent Chu Ki-kin, and TBHQ.

Mr Cadman shared with over 60 officers from Regional Traffic formations and TBHQ his invaluable experiences in police career, in particular his insightful advice and visions in traffic policing.

The sharing session concluded Mr Cadman’s 33-year police career and turned a new page to his retirement life in the United Kingdom.
