The Regional Crime Prevention Office of Kowloon West (RCPO KW), with the assistance of Chairman of Yau Tsim Mong South Area Committee Mr Yan Mou-keung, invited artiste Ms Tam Yuk-ying to produce a voice message to raise public awareness of prevalent modus operandi of deception including phone scams by fraudsters impersonating officials as well as e-shopping fraud. The voice message has been disseminated to different sectors of the community via WhatsApp and broadcast in public and private housing estates as well as venues of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department in the Region.
