In a bid to promote mutual understanding with the Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) community, Tsim Sha Tsui Division (TSTDIV) Commander Yu Hoi-kwan chaired a quarterly liaison meeting with the NEC leaders on October 25.

Following Ms Yu's welcoming speech, the Patrol Sub-unit Commanders briefed the attendees about the crime figures as well as the initiatives on engaging the NEC communities. Then Senior Inspector Chan Ka-shing from the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau talked about the modus operandi of technology crime, and gave prevention tips to the NEC leaders to address their concern about the increasing trend of technology crime.
