Legislative Council Member Mr Or Chong-shing, Vice Chairman of Kwun Tong District Council Mr Hung Kam-in, several Kwun Tong District Councillors and some community representatives presented tapestry flags to the management of Sau Mau Ping District (SMPDIST) and officers from the District Intelligence Section and District Investigation Team 1 on January 24 in recognition of their swift action and professionalism in detecting a case of indecent assault concerning a boy.

They commended former SMPDIST Commander Yuen Yuk-kin for his leadership in maintaining order in the district. Assistant District Commander (Crime) David Fremaux of SMPDIST also attended the presentation ceremony.
